Description
Ikebana is the Japanese art of floral arrangement. More than decoration, it seeks to express harmony and balance through emptiness, asymmetry, and the observation of nature.
A piece ready to be gifted — or self-gifted — to begin the ritual of composing with flowers, branches, and silence. Hikari 光 means “light”, a piece that celebrates clarity and delicacy.
This kit includes a ceramic bowl and a copper kenzan (flower frog), the traditional base used to hold the stems in place. The kenzan has a heavy lead base coated with rubber, which keeps the floral arrangement stable and prevents it from slipping. It also features a large number of pins (around 200), making the design process easier. Since they are made of copper, they do not rust and can remain submerged in water for long periods.
* The bowl has a diameter of 17.5 cm, and the kenzan measures 5 cm.
* Plants and flowers are not included, they are for illustrative purposes only.
